Full steam ahead 24/7, Thornton vs. Standring, BEER
After giving it a bit of thought, I decided to go with the Mad Hatter theme from the tea party scene in Alice in Wonderland. I was tempted to sneak in a picture of Alice from The Vicar of Dibley but didn’t have room to do her justice. 😉

Voted for Sweetie John to compensate for voting for Dr. Track in the first aid poll! But also because his hat is madder, I think! But both are pretty mad,to be honest! Just how do you come up with all these wonderful quirky ideas, Bcc? Congrats! 🙂
Though I don’t think Mr. Thornton’s hat is really the madder one, I voted for him, as I have my problems with Mr. Standring. Bccmee, I think your invention of a black top hat with a tank of some kind of ‘steamy’ spirits in it would have been all the rage back in the time when they were worn and you could have made lots of money with your idea ;o)

What a riot! Thornton’s hat is so big on him, it makes him look like a sheepish little boy. Ha! So I had to choose him. Standring’s head gear was standard issue for college students when I taught in “a northern state” years ago. Ha! I was incredulous when I saw that get up or the first time–but impressed with the thought behind the siphoning action and such. Ha! Cheers! ;->
Hilarious! The idea of the mad hatter theme is very good. As Gratiana have said M Thornton seems to be a little boy.
John Standring seems to be more funny like that.

@Everyone: LOL, thanks so very much for your entertaining comments! Some of you have “beer hat” experience, it seems. Teuchter: yes, I’ve long noticed how RA chaRActers hold their beverages. There’s something very charming about the way he does it. ♥
It looks like John Standring’s hat is the clear winner in the mad hatter tea party competition. I voted for John Thornton although I couldn’t pinpoint why. 😉
